Terms and Conditions of Booking — I agree that:
1. The data entered above will be stored and used for the purpose of organizing this event.
2. Photos will be taken at the event that may be used on social media or publicly by the organizers or other participants.
3. You can only participate if you register. No tickets at the door, registration required! (Keine Abendkasse, Anmeldung erforderlich!)
4. Registration is only valid after payment by bank transfer. And ONLY for MW27
5. The organization takes care of the balance between leaders and followers, so that the dance floor works for everybody.
6. Cancellation can be made before 30.11.2026 with 100% refund, before 14.12.2026 with 50% refund and after 15.12.2026 without refund. And any changes. THIS WILL NOT BE CHANGED UNDER ANY CASE OR CIRCUMSTANCES.
REGISTRATION IS NOT A RESERVATION Registering does not block a place. Places are limited and they are assigned in the order the payments arrive — only the payment reserves your place. Single followers are confirmed according to the balance of leaders and followers, so that everybody dances. As soon as you send this form you will see what to do next, and you will also receive it by email.
