Terms and Conditions* of Booking I agree that:

1. The data entered above will be stored and used for the purpose of organizing this event.

2. Photos will be taken at the event that may be used on social media or publicly by the organizers or other participants.

3. You can only participate if you register. No tickets at the door, registration required! (Keine Abendkasse, Anmeldung erforderlich!)

4. Registration is only valid after payment.

5. However, it is recommended applying for the Milongas with a couple (Leader / Follower) to receive a IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION. - Single Registration: Confirmation According To The Balanced Number Of Other Individual.

6. The organization will take care of: The Balance: that there is no disproportionate imbalance in the number of leaders and followers. (Some individual bookings may be pending confirmation to maintain these limited ratios.)

7. Cancellation can be made before 30.11.2024 with 100% refund, before 14.12.2024 with 50% refund and after 15.12.2024 without refund. And any changes. THIS WILL NOT BE CHANGED UNDER ANY CASE OR CIRCUMSTANCES.

How does it work?.

Upon registration you will automatically receive a registration receipt. Then, we will check the role balance state and send you either an acceptance email containing payment data or an information that you still are in the queue.

After receiving the acceptance email, we kindly ask you to arrange for the payment within seven (7) days. Otherwise the registration automatically will be cancelled.

Once payment is made (within the deadline) your registration is automatically confirmed for the 2025 edition.
